What Do I Do?
It has been said that writers are artists. Hence, as artists, we like to find different ways to express ourselves. In our case, our way of expression comes in the form of written text.
I would like all of you to be artists with the freedom to express yourselves in any way that you would like. Every Monday morning, I will post the topic for you to write about. Once you have read my topic, you will need to write your responses on your own blog. Your responses ought to be 2-3 paragraphs in length, but you should not spend more than 30 minutes writing them. Be sure to title each blog entry with "Topic #__:" and then your own title.
Next, you will need to comment on your classmates' blogs. Each student needs to leave a 2-3 sentences comment on two other students' blogs in order to receive credit per week.
On a final note, these blogs are intended to be fun and to allow you to display your creativity. Be adventurous and express yourselves! Although we may occasionally use some of your blog entries for grammar practice, these blogs are primarily focused on content. Therefore, have fun!

Topic #1: Who Are You?
I will share a little about myself. My name is May Youn Kim, and though I was born in Seoul, Korea, I came to the United States when I was 4 years old. Ever since coming to the United States, I have always lived in Southern California. I have been married for a little over 3 years, and this April, we will be welcoming our first baby to our family. Yay! As you can imagine, my husband and I are extremely excited and a bit nervous. As I shared during the class introduction, I LOVE to eat! Hence, I make references to food very often during my teaching.
This is just a brief introduction of myself; however, I am more than happy to share anything else about myself that you may be interested in. Therefore, do not be shy and ask me anything any time! However! The two questions I will NEVER answer are, "How old are you?" and "How much do you weight?" Haha! I will NEVER answer those questions. :) Thank you for reading all this!
